Ettienne is responsible for EE and BT Consumer sales channels and commercial trading performance. Previously, he was Managing Director for Channels and Trading at EE and prior to that was Corporate Marketing and Commercial Director, where he headed up the indirect sales team, marketing communications, propositions, and trading within the EE corporate segment. Prior to EE, Ettienne worked at ntl (now Virgin Media), the Caudwell Group and Orange UK. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Ettienne is a dual-national (UK and South Africa).
