Amanda joined Three UK in February 2009 as Sales Director before moving to her current role as People Director. Amanda has since overseen a refurbishment of the company’s main office locations, introduced agile ways of working, and launched a ‘wellness’ programme with a focus on removing the stigma around mental health. Prior to Three, Amanda worked at O2 where she took on three specific roles including Head of Indirect, Head of SME and Head of Online and Telesales.
