As director of SMB sales across direct and indirect channels, Maria is responsible for ensuring that small and medium business customers get the best experience when interacting with O2’s direct sales teams and partners. Maria started her career at BT as a telecoms strategy consultant, using customer insights to inform the company’s 3G solutions, before joining Vodafone in 2002, where she held a range of marketing roles before becoming head of marketing and sales for SMBs in 2015.
