Ben’s involvement in the industry dates back to 1995 when he joined the finance department of what was then BT Cellnet. As the company became O2, Ben moved into sales, holding B2B and consumer-related roles before assuming the position of Group Sales Director and becoming a member of the board in 2008. After 22 years of service, Ben moved on to pastures new in 2017, becoming Chief Executive Officer of Onecom in November 2018. At Onecom, he is tasked with developing and implementing a strategy to significantly grow the business, with a keen eye on the opportunities afforded by fibre, 5G and the Internet of Things.
