Mark joined Dixons Carphone as Chief Digital Officer in November 2019, a newly created role to oversee a new consolidated technology division that brought together IT, eCommerce, data management and security teams. In March 2020, Mark was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, making him responsible for physical stores and contact centres as part of the wider omnichannel experience.
