As People Director, Amanda is responsible for ensuring staff fulfil their potential and deliver the best experience for customers. She joined Three UK in February 2009 as Sales Director responsible for retail, online, indirect, business and telesales before moving to her current role as People Director. Prior to this, Amanda spent five years at O2 where she took on three specific roles including Head of Indirect, Head of SME and Head of Online and Telesales.
