Amanda joined Three UK in February 2009 as Sales Director, responsible for Retail, Online, Indirect, Business and Telesales before moving to her current role as People Director.
Since taking on the role, Amanda has overseen a refurbishment of our main office locations, introduced agile ways of working, and launched a ‘wellness’ programme with a focus on removing the stigma around mental health to ensure that all our people can be at their best. Prior to Three, Amanda worked at O2 where she took on three specific roles including Head of Indirect, Head of SME and Head of Online and Telesales.
