After working at Morgan Stanley for four years, Anurag built his own football development venture from scratch in 2010 that has generated over $1m in revenue, spans 12 cities in India and employs 225 people. Anurag joined Amazon UK in 2015 as part of the MBA Leadership Development Program as Selection Leader, leading the transformation of selection prioritization. In 2016 Anurag became Head of Global Business Development for Amazon Launchpad, a role in which Anurag trained and led a new team of program managers in the EU, India, Japan and China to drive initiatives that made Amazon Launchpad a key player in the start-up eco-system of these locales. Anurag then moved on to lead Amazon UK’s Wireless Category in 2017, landing numerous innovations for UK mobile customers. He enabled 0% APR monthly instalments, a trade-in program, midnight deliveries across the UK for pre-ordered products, and one hour delivery across 13 cities.
