In Katy’s current role she is responsible for the customer design, delivery, in life service and support at Virgin Media O2 Business ensuring that we provide a seamless experience for all of our business customers. Katy is passionate about delivering a great customer experience and has over 20 years of B2B experience in the telco sector, in product, commercial, delivery, people development and operations.

Prior to her current role Katy has held a number of commercial positions within our consumer and business divisions. Recently she was Director of Enterprise, where she was responsible for delivering joined up solutions to help customers run their business successfully and provide great experiences for their employees and their customers.

Katy proactively grows and maintains a broad network of internal and external contacts and thinks everyday is a school day as there’s so much more to learn and understand. She has a few steering committee roles including the Business Sustainbility and Voice forums.

Katy lives in Warwickshire with husband Neil, daughters Freya & Connie and their 2 dogs Buddy and Clancy. Katy loves a challenge and has recently completed her first Ultra Marathon.
