Charleen has devoted majority of her career life in the Mobile industry, managed areas of Sales, Strategy, Commercials, and Business Operations, at regional as well as global remits.

Before being appointed as Managing Director of OPPO Mobile UK | IE in early 2022, Charleen led the GTM, Commercial, and Business Operations division, and has achieved amazing results for global Smartphone companies such as OPPO UK, HTC Europe, etc. In addition to her primary areas of leadership, Charleen is passionate in product and innovations, and has as well championed strategic programmes building D2C strategy and Customer Satisfaction projects, as key pillars in building mid- to long-term growth for the organisations.

Outside of work, Charleen resides in Maidenhead and enjoys planning and going on journeys. She loves seeing different places around the world.
