A member of the VodafoneThree UK board Jon’s current remit sees him responsible for the Retail, Indirect, Customer Care and Consumer Sales functions. Previously, Jon was part of Vodafone UK for nine years, serving on the UK board as Commercial Operations Director for over two years. He has transformed customer experience, delivered the best-ever cx performance and secured the first-ever number one position in NPS. Jon has also held senior roles at Dixons Retail, in Retail and Strategy.
