FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Has the new date been confirmed? 

A: Yes, the new date for the Mobile Industry Awards is Friday 25 September 2020. The event will now take place during the day (12:30pm - 9pm). 

Q: I have already booked a table / ticket, what happens now?

A: All you have to do is change the date in your diary to 25 September! Your booking will be automatically transferred to this new date and there is no further action to take.

Q: I am unable to make the new date, what are my options?

A: Should you be unable to attend due to other commitments, there will be an option to get a refund on your booking. Please email Kate Smith on kate.smith@futurenet.com

Q: I have already booked travel or a hotel, is there compensation to cover this?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to cover travel and hotel costs. You may want to contact your provider directly to discuss amending your booking to the new dates.

Q: When will I receive my ticket?   

A: Printed tickets will be posted closer to the event. 

Q: When will I need to confirm guest details and dietary requirements?  

A: You will need to confirm your guest details and dietary requirements by 4 September.

Q: I need to book a table / tickets to the awards, how do I do this?  

A: You can book online on our website. 

Q: I want to add additional tickets to my existing booking. Can I do this?

A: Yes, you can use the login function or email Kate Smith, our Customer Relations Executive at kate.smith@futurenet.com to discuss your requirements.
