Lucy has worked in Buying for over 10 years at John Lewis, specifically in mobile for the last 4 years. Her current role sees her managing Sim Free Mobile, Computing and Smart Home, as well as JL's connectivity offering in Mobile and Broadband. Lucy is responsible for developing a number of new propositions at John Lewis in Partnership with key brands, Affordability, Broadband relaunch and Trade In.
