With 22 years’ experience in the mobile industry, Carolyn began her technology career as a Field Sales representative, training store staff on the latest products and services, and progressed into Head Office Marketing teams. Using the unique skills gained from practical experience, Carolyn became a Field Marketing manager, responsible for designing and delivering events, field sales, training and B2B programmes within the industry, across consumer and B2B.



In 2016, Carolyn joined the Samsung IM Training team as Senior Retail Programmes Manager, responsible for delivering campaigns and events to drive engagement and brand awareness, including the Samsung Backstage Elite Ambassador programme and Elite Gaming Tournament. With a passion for people, Carolyn is excited to meet the 2022 Shop Idol contestants. Good Luck to you all!
