A special list highlighting the 50 most influential leaders in the UK mobile industry. The top individual is revealed at the awards ceremony.

We do not accept nominations for this, however, you are welcome to put forward someone for consideration (only open to those who have never featured on the list) to Mike Moore.

Future Stars recognises outstanding young professionals in the UK mobile industry who demonstrate passion, creativity and exceptional performance, while showing clear potential to shape the sector’s future. Open to UK-based individuals with at least two years’ full-time industry experience, the award welcomes self-nominations and peer nominations supported by evidence of achievements, project contributions and testimonials.

The shortlist will be announced on the event website and on TechRadar Pro on 2 July

Shortlisted entries are assessed by an expert panel of judges from across the industry, using criteria such as innovation, impact and excellence. Details of our 2026 judges will be available soon.
